Employee Self-service

We understand the complexity in managing a phone system for the phone administrator. At PBX+, each employee can configure his or her extension.

An email will be sent to employee with instructions to signup for a free account. He/she is then prompted with a list of questions to configure her extension.

All changes made by the employees on their extensions reflect immediately onto the main phone system.
