Speech Driven (Just say it!)

Remembering extension numbers may be tough for your customers.

With speech driven IVR, callers can now just *say* their options than using the touch tone keypads on their phones.

For example the system prompts callers to press 1 for sales or just say sales.

When the caller says Sales, the system listens and interprets the option and connects the call to the right extension.

Speech Recognition is currently available in French, German, US English, UK English and Spanish.
