The PBX+ support desk is the best way to receive help if you are having difficulty with your business phone system. Our average turnaround time ranges from 5 minutes to 2 hours during normal hours and 4 hours during off-peak hours on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, PBX+ offers support only for emergencies and outages.

Please include as much information as possible for the fastest resolution to your problem.
